With over 7 years of experience in the lash industry, I've developed my training around real world techniques, professional knowledge and the skills artist need to confidently perform treatments on their clients.

My goal as an educator is to create something I wish I had as a complete beginner when it came to my training, to make learning clear, supportive and accessible- whether you're completely new to the industry or an experienced artist looking to upskill and introduce a new service or technique.

I'm Yazmin,

Founder & Educator | RT Aesthetics Academy

I’m a lash and brow artist, beauty therapist and educator, but most importantly, I’m a mum to four beautiful daughters.

My journey in the beauty industry became about so much more than having a “job”. I wanted a career that allowed me to be more present for my babies while still building something of my own. I wanted work that could fit around my life and my family, rather than having to build my life around work.

Over the past 7+ years, that decision has grown into a career I genuinely love. I’ve continued to develop my skills, build my own business and eventually discovered a real passion for education.

Now, I get to take the knowledge and real-world experience I’ve gained behind the treatment bed and turn it into practical, supportive education for other artists.

Whether you’re learning your very first beauty skill, adding a new service to your business or working towards creating more freedom in your own life, I want you to leave my training feeling capable, confident and excited about what you can create.
